ABOUT OUR CLUB
The New Brighton Club provides fantastic facilities right on the beachfront. With a Bistro, regular live entertainment, and a range of sports groups/sections to suit all interests. Our raffles run on a Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
A TAB pod, bar, and a big-screen TV & 18 gaming machines.
There is always something happening.
The New Brighton Club is a long-established identity in the New Brighton area, first opening its doors to the community in the early 1950s.
The clubrooms were built on the site of the New Brighton tram terminal and have been expanded and upgraded over the years to the modern building it is today.
The club has a strong membership, lots of social activities, and sections to be involved in, and is a social gathering place for many in the community.
Take advantage of the shuttle service and come and see us and what we have to offer the New Brighton and wider Christchurch community

LUCKY CARD DRAW
Come on down to the Club on Tuesday nights when we have a lucky card draw between 6pm and 7pm. Your membership number could win you a prize, but you have to be at the Club to win.RAFFLE NIGHTS
Raffles run by All Purpose and our sections. Meat and Money Raffles. Raffles are held at the club on Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights from 5.00pm. Come down and grab a ticket in a meat or money raffle.MISS SCARLETT DRAW
Miss Scarlett is run every Friday night. You can buy tickets at $2.00 each and if your ticket number is drawn you get the chance to go up and turn over a card. If you turn over Miss Scarlett you will win the prize money for that draw. Tickets are on sale from 4.00pm until 6.30pm. Drawn at 6.45pm. You must be here to enter each time.
PLEASE NOTE, On the night the money must go, there will be a limit of 5 tickets per person and a total limit of 500 tickets for that draw.

TIDY STANDARD OF DRESS IS REQUIRED IN THE CLUBBECOME A MEMBER
At the New Brighton Club, we provide a safe, modern entertainment venue with a friendly welcoming atmosphere. Membership is $26.00 for a full year, 1st October to 30th September of each year. Full membership is for people aged 18 and over, with junior membership available for those aged 16-17, with parental permission. The membership price for a full year is $26.00. PLEASE NOTE-We pro-rata this each month so less to pay if not for a full year.CLUB LICENCE
The New Brighton Club Club operates its bar under a ‘Club Licence’ therefore liquor service will be restricted to the following:rights for members of those clubs
